Tomorrow, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will testify before the House Financial Services Committee.  Congressman Scott is a member of the committee and looks forward to hearing from the chairman about the state of the economy and bank reform.  Congressman Scott believes that consumers need access to affordable credit and that economic recovery should also include reform of the current banking regulations.
