Congressman David Scott will deliver keynote remarks for the Atlanta Black Family History - Leadership Symposium 2006 presented by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, Southeast Region, to honor the Metro Atlanta Chapters of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity for their 100 years of service and leadership within Atlanta's black communities.
