I would like to invite you to the 6th Annual 13th Congressional District Health Fair.  I am hosting this annual event, which provides free health screenings to thousands of Georgians for a variety of health concerns.

Partial list of free, confidential health screenings: breast cancer screenings, prostate exam coupons, HIV/AIDS testing, diabetes screening, vision screening, cholesterol screening, urinalysis, Sickle Cell Anemia, glucose checks, hearing exams and more. 


These health tests are provided in a confidential manner by medical professionals who regularly donate their time for public service.  So, bring your entire family and get your free health checkup.
