Speak directly with healthcare professionals about healthcare assistance programs like Medicare, Medicaid, PeachCare, prescription drug assistance, and others for the uninsured.

The health tests are provided in a confidential manner by medical professionals who regularly donate their time for public service.  So, bring your entire family and get your free health checkup.
