The bill includes an amendment by Congressman Scott to allow NFIP premiums to be paid in installments.

Yesterday, the House passed S. 1508, the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act. It would reduce waste, fraud and abuse from the lack of proper oversight in federal agencies.
