Congressman David Scott and Mrs. Alfredia Scott will host a special reception to present education scholarships to six students of the 13th District. During the reception, Congressman and Mrs. Scott will announce each student’s respective $2,000 general education or health studies award made available through the Congressional Black Caucus Spouses Education Program.
