Congressman David Scott will observe Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s national holiday by participating as the keynote speaker for a joint memorial program hosted by Forts McPherson and Gillem. Congressman Scott will use the program’s theme “Remember, Celebrate, Act: A Day On - Not A Day Off” to honor Dr. King’s life and work by allowing it to inspire future action.
