WHAT: Congressman David Scott (D-GA) will participate as the keynote speaker for a special worship service at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Conyers. Congressman Scott will address graduating members of the Church’s congregation using the theme “Children and Youth of Excellence.” Constituents from the Rockdale community are encouraged to attend this special service.
