Congressman David Scott will deliver the keynote address for the 10th Anniversary Banquet of Gwinnett County’s XL Neal Lodge 588 and Julia K. Neal 582 Chapter Prince Hall Affiliated. Congressman Scott will discuss his legislative support for community initiatives in Gwinnett, share updates of his current legislative priorities in Washington, and address the importance of economic and political growth in the African-American community.
