Congressman David Scott will join State Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan during her monthly town hall meeting for Georgia State District 39. Attendees of the meeting in Austell will be able to hear directly from Congressman Scott about his work in Washington to protect expiring provisions of the Voting Rights Act.
