To date, Scott has awarded over $392,000 in scholarships to student artists.

Student submissions for the 2022 Congressional Art Competition must be submitted to High School Art Teachers by April 25, 2022. Students may obtain entry forms and official guidelines from their high school art teachers. Please disregard that the official guidelines title is stated “2021 Rules and Regulations for Students and Teachers".  All rules for this year’s competition are the same as last year. There is no mandatory theme for the competition.

Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s competition will be held virtually, as it was last year (additional information forthcoming).
