One of my top priorities in Congress is lowering your cost of living and making life more affordable for you and your family.

If Donald Trump and Republicans continue to stonewall, insurance premiums will double because of expiring health care tax credits. The tax credits are often the only thing that allow millions of Americans to afford a doctor’s visit, care after an accident, or prescriptions for their children. Without these tax credits, more than 109,000 constituents across GA-13 may be forced to pay up to $32,715 more for their health care premiums. 

Our community cannot afford this extreme price hike on health care. Democrats in Congress are working hard to permanently extend these tax credits so American families will not have to worry about paying more than twice as much for their health care.
