Based on the latest forecast for Hurricane Florence to track southward after making landfall, an emergency declaration has been issued for all 159 counties in Georgia. Potential threats include powerful winds, heavy rainfall, flooding, and tornadoes. I encourage you to take precautions now for the inland effects of the storm.
